सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज मतदाता सूचियों के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (SIR) पर सुनवाई होनी है. लोकसभा के नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी समेत 13 विपक्षी नेताओं ने याचिका दायर कर SIR पर रोक समेत कई मांगें की हैं. वहीं, चुनाव आयोग ने भी विपक्ष के इन आरोपों को पूरी तरह खारिज करते हुए कोर्ट में एक विस्तृत जवाबी हलफनामा दाखिल किया है.
चुनाव आयोग के हलफनामे पर अब ऑल इंडिया मजलिस-ए-इत्तेहादुल मुस्लिमीन (AIMIM) राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता वारिस पठान ने अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी है. उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें कोर्ट के फैसले पर यकीन है कि वो सभी के हित में होगा. इसके साथ ही बताया कि AIMIM के प्रमुख असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने भी चुनाव आयोग की वोटर लिस्ट के लिए SIR की प्रक्रिया को कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है और हमें कोर्ट के फैसले का इंतजार है.
विपक्षी दलों के मार्च पर अभिजीत दीपके बोले, ‘एक बार फिर लोगों का…’

Advocate Nizam Pasha Sahib is representing him in this matter. Arguments will now take place. Since an affidavit has been filed, we will see how the arguments proceed in court, taking that affidavit into consideration. The decision is now up to the court, as the matter is sub judice. We are confident that whatever decision the court takes should be in the interest of everyone, because you can see for yourself that there are numerous irregularities in the SIR process. So many discrepancies are occurring. If a family has six children, that itself can lead to an anomaly. If there is a spelling mistake in a name, that too is flagged as an anomaly. We have also seen the kind of irregularities that have taken place with Form 6. Similarly, with Form 7, we have seen how names have been added in some places and deleted in others. In particular, a specific community has been targeted in this process. There are many such issues. Taking all these matters into consideration, our party has also filed a revision petition. We have filed it keeping in mind the issues that arose during the SIR process in Bihar as well. वारिस पठान ने कहा- कोर्ट लेगा मामले पर फैसला
वारिस पठान ने मीडिया से बातचीत में कहा, “देखिए, SIR के मुद्दे पर हमारी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने भी अपनी तरफ से कोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की है. इस मामले में एडवोकेट निजाम पाशा साहब उनका पक्ष रख रहे हैं. अब इस पर बहस होगी. चूंकि एक हलफनामा दाखिल किया गया है और उस हलफनामे को ध्यान में रखते हुए देखा जाएगा कोर्ट में बहस कैसे आगे बढ़ती है. अब फैसला कोर्ट को लेना है, क्योंकि यह मामला अभी कोर्ट के विचाराधीन है.”
पठान ने कहा कि हमें पूरा भरोसा है कि कोर्ट जो भी फैसला लेगा, वो सबके हित में होगा. आप खुद देख सकते हैं कि SIR प्रक्रिया में कई तरह की अनियमितताएं सामने आई हैं. इसमें बहुत सारी गड़बड़ियां हो रही हैं. अगर किसी परिवार में छह बच्चे हैं, तो इसे भी एक विसंगति (anomaly) मान लिया जाता है. अगर नाम की स्पेलिंग में कोई गलती है, तो उसे भी विसंगति के रूप में चिह्नित कर दिया जाता है.
SIR में गड़बड़ियों के मुद्दे को उठाया
उन्होंने बिहार में हुए SIR में गड़बड़ियों का भी उदाहरण दिया और फॉर्म 6 और 7 पर सवाल उठाए. उन्होंने कहा, ” हमने फॉर्म 6 के मामले में भी ऐसी ही अनियमितताएं देखी हैं. इसी तरह, फॉर्म 7 के मामले में भी हमने देखा है कि कैसे कुछ जगहों पर नाम जोड़े गए हैं और दूसरी जगहों से काट दिए गए हैं. इस प्रक्रिया में एक विशेष समुदाय को खासकर निशाना बनाया गया है. ऐसे कई मुद्दे हैं. इन सभी बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, हमारी पार्टी ने एक रिवीजन याचिका भी दायर की है. हमने इसे उन मुद्दों को ध्यान में रखते हुए भी दायर किया है जो बिहार में SIR प्रक्रिया के दौरान सामने आए थे. अब हमें इंतजार करना होगा और देखना होगा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट क्या फैसला सुनाता है.”
